In the meantime, studying the theoretical and practical conduct of Imam Khomeini is of special significance since he has valuable opinions on both ethics and law as a great jurist and theosophist. The study of the evolution of legal and ethical schools of thought puts forward a few questions to answer. The most important issue, in the meantime, is the methodology of subject analysis. This method is like a roadmap that leads us toward finding the right answer. According to the hypothesis of this paper, the first thing to do is to get an accurate and joint understanding of ethics and law with respect to Imam Khomeini’s views on division of sciences in order to present the conduct of the founder of the pertinent legal system. In the second stage, it is necessary to stick to the logics and four forms of communication to picture these diversified forms of communication to find the contradictory forms accordingly. In the end, examples have been included from Iranian law to make the subject matter more palpable. <em> تأثیر متقابل اخلاق و حقوق بر یکدیگر از مباحث مهمی است که از دیرباز محل اختلاف علمای حقوق و اخلاق بوده است. در این میان بررسی سیرة نظری و عملی امام خمینی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است؛ زیرا ایشان به عنوان یک فقیه و عارف بزرگ، صاحب آرای ارزشمندی در زمینة حقوق و اخلاق هستند. </em> <em>با مطالعة سیر تحول مکاتب حقوقی و اخلاقی چند سؤال مهم مطرح می‌شود. مهم‌ترین مسئله روش</em>­<em>شناسیِ تحلیلِ موضوع است. این روش بسان نقشه‌ای است که ما را جهت یافتن پاسخ صحیح یاری می­دهد. مطابق فرضیة مقالة حاضر، نخست باید با توجه به دیدگاه و روش امام درخصوص تقسیم علوم، به فهم دقیق و مشترکی از اخلاق و حقوق و جایگاه آنها  دست یافته و تحلیل مناسبی از سیرة بنیانگذار نظام حقوقی مربوطه ارائه دهیم. در وهلة دوم ضروری است با توسل به علم منطق و ارتباطات چهارگانه، صور مختلف ارتباطی را ترسیم نموده و بر اساس آن حکم حالات تعارض را بیابیم. در پایان نیز برای ملموس شدن موضوع، به مثال‌هایی از حقوق ایران بسنده می</em>­<em>شود.</em> https://matin.ri-khomeini.ac.ir/article_47981_44007f34034857cf878ebe2f0fa15e06.pdf
