In this regard, the author first explains four theories about population, which are: 1- the theory of the supporters of population increase; 2- The theory of opponents of population increase; 3- Theory of fans of fixed population; 4- Proportionate population theory. Then it examines the compatibility of Islam with one of the opinions about population. In the following, the author tries to find answers to two major questions in this field. First, if birth is not mandatory, which ways to prevent this are permissibleAlso, what is the ruling of promoting and forcing non-birth by the government? At the end of the insemination process, how the sperm is formed and the embryo is born; Different ways to prevent the reproduction of the generation are stated, and besides stating the rulings in each field, the jurisprudence ruling (primary) of using these methods has been examined.
