Even if we don't consider religious experience to be a type of mystical experience, mysticism is similar to religion in terms of having multiple dimensions. And one of the dimensions of mysticism - along with ritual dimension, ideological dimension, institutional dimension, etc. - is its moral dimension. Also, like religion, this aspect of mysticism - like its other dimensions - has differences in different mysticisms.
