This article is an attempt to investigate and how to adapt Sharia rules to the conditions of time and place, materials and conditions governing various aspects of human life, whether Sharia rules are fixed or variable and the forces governing these changes. The mentioned cases are among the important issues, the investigation and explanation of which will guarantee the real role of religion in different dimensions of human life. The purpose of this article is to examine some of the aforementioned topics and discuss the factors that can lead to a change in the Shari'a ruling. In order to examine the discussion in detail, the author deals with the factors through which changes may occur in the Sharia ruling.
