Madarati taqiyyah is one of the types of taqiyyah that interacts with Sunnis with the aim of gaining favor and creating unity among Muslims. Some jurists believe that taqiyyah is a mode of worship. The purpose of this research is to examine the viewpoint of jurists through the evidences that are present in the evidences of taqiyyah al-modarati in acts of worship, to discuss the possibility of transition from the evidences of taqiyyah al-modariati in worships to transactions and a new approach to this issue. A library has been used. Two views were obtained. The opinion of the authors is that the view of the correctness of taqiyyah in transactions is due to the existence of urgency and gratitude according to the hadith of Rifa and the rule of Mysore; Alright. The late Imam Khomeini (may Allah be pleased with him) believed in the validity of taqiyya in contracts and contracts by using the general arguments of taqiyyah and referring to the hadith of Rifa, and he proved the validity of taqiyya by taking into account personal and other obligations.
