Abstract
The credibility or realness of religious laws are examined in this work where the credibility is proved by referring to the meaning of realness and credibility as well as the nature of legislative power of divine supervising the deeds of free doer. Imam Khomeini believes the writings are of credible matters which only realized by their credit. Hence no real matter could evolve from writing where the rule of compatibility implies religious laws to be credible following their writing. Religious laws are based on self-concept of good and bad. Thus beyond any religious law there exists a reality just as beyond any fabricated social religious law there exists an agreement among people. So the credibility of religious laws and beyond them should not be mixed.
