Abstract
The present article in the first place studies the word… in its literary meaning as well as in the viewpoint of the jurisprudents. The uncultivated lands are divided into four categories: originally uncultivated lands, causally uncultivated lands, accidentally uncultivated lands, and untitled lands. Each of these categories is explained in this article. The pieces of land are divided into four categories: originally uncultivated, originally developed, accidentally developed, and casually developed. Some traditions are narrated for each of these categories. Also turning the developed lands into uncultivated lands is discussed.
