Abstract
The present paper is an attempt to shed light on the definition of terror and fighting in the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini as a renowned jurisprudent and thinker. In fact, the crime of fighting in Imam Khomeini's viewpoint is based on corruption. Except the author of Jawahir and the late Fazil Hindi no other jurisprudent has mentioned this condition. Also Imam Khomeini categorically condemns terror, considering it an irrational act and a diversion from the right path.
