Abstract
One issue in current world is sex changing and its laws. There are different ideas about promissory or prohibition of sex changing which could be categorized in three groups: absolute permission, absolute prohibition, conditioned permission. These three ideas and their respective reasons as well as the ideas of Imam Khomeini and current regulations in Iran and other countries are mentioned in this article where finally the jurispedential decrees about sex changing are proposed.
