Abstract
The institutions of wilayat (guardianship) and wisayah (legatee) are among the important issues of Shiah Jurisprudence that pertain to those people who are under guardianship and the lawgiver twies to support them under the guardianship of the others. Saghir (minor) majnun (insane) and Safih (fool) are among the people who are under guardianship and they should enjoy their right financially through thier parents. Qahri guardianship enjoys more authorities and can delegate a part of it to his legatee
