Abstract
The present article is an atempt to carry out a comparative study of reason from the perspectives of Imam Khomeini and Ghazzali, for they are the anthropological sources of political thought. This work tries to prove that while political thought of Ghazzali is analysable within the tradational paradigm of political thought, Imam Khomeini's view transcends the tradational political thought.
