Abstract
Since there are many discussions on the role of morality in jurisprubence and law, the author tries to make a comparison between jurisprudence and law with reference to their conceptual and judgemental origions so that to explore the relation between jurisprudence and law synoptically. The issues pertaining to the philosophy of law including the place of morality in laws or their relation have always been the matter of discussion. This articl will deal with this issue in brief. There are differences of views among people concernign the morality and this standards. Yet these differences pertains to practical field rather than the nature of principles and moral norms
