Abstract
The present article is an attempt to briefly discuss some of the ideas of Qazi Mohammad Saeed on the names and attributes of the Lord and the relations between the attributes and the essence. Also attempts will be made to study Imam Khomein’s criticisms of Saeed’s ideas on the basis of his opposition. Also reference will be made Saeed’s unique ideas as well as commentaries of other philosophers and Gnostics of his ideas.
