Since the concept of ethical government is controversial, therefore attempts have been made in this article to analyze various approaches to the ethical government with a special reference to the ideas of Imam Khomeini about an ethical government.
Also the history of various approaches to the ethical government will be studied by reviewing this concept in the works of the predecessors including those in the ancient Greece.
